Jerome City Logo
The Jerome City Logo project began with a painting. The city had a logo, but no means of using it on city documents or projects. The city of Jerome approached Spirit of Tomorrow and wanted them to take the orginal and digitize it and make it usable for the cities needs. Spirit of Tomorrow then assigned three students to work on the paid project. The three started the task of scanning the orginal image. The orginal was large enough that it required the students to scan the orginal in sections. After scanning the image, the interns then began the process of recombing the logo into one image using Adobe Photoshop. Once the logo was recreated and digitally cleaned, the interns began the process of creating versions of the logo that could be used in a variety of formats. This was done primarily with the help of Macromedia Freehand. Below is the finished version of the Jerome City logo. - Copyright 1995.
